If you are a Landlord or Individual Owner of Property and
need to check the credit of a prospective or current Tenant:
A. Both of the following two items: Copy of your Driver License
Copy of a bank deposit ticket or a voided check that matches
the name and address on the driver license.
B. AND at least two of the following five items: (Note: On
the following items, we are looking for your name, your mailing
address and your property address. For longer documents, usually
just the first and last page are sufficient): Copy of Title
Statement (of rental property).
Copy of tax statement within the last 12 months (of rental
property).
Copy of Deed (of rental property).
Copy of mortgage (of rental property)
Copy of a signed lease or tenancy agreements dated within the
last year or Copy of a rental application signed within the last
year or Copy of an eviction judgment.
If you are a Management Company and need to check the
credit of a prospective or current Tenant:
A. One (1) of the following two items: 3 new or previous rental
applications
Proof of membership in an Apartment Association.
B. All of the following three items: Copy of a driver license
of the individual responsible for this membership.
Copy of a current business license.
A voided bank deposit ticket or check.
C. A list of all your rental properties.
If you are an Employer and need to check the credit of
a prospective or current employee:
A copy of filed Articles of Incorporation, sales tax records,
or state/federal tax records.
A copy of two different utility bills.
A copy of business license.
A copy of business credit report.
